For more information about the application, please visit the British Chevening Postgraduate Scholarships webpage ( http://www.britishcouncil.org/hongkong-education-scholarships-chevening-postgraduate-scholarships-2.htm ) Eligibility of the Applicants: 1. Permanent residents of Hong Kong (SAR) or Macao 2. Not currently working or studying in the United Kingdom 3. Not in receipt of any other scholarship or award for the academic year 2011-2012 4. Must have applied already for a one-year Master's degree course at the University of Aberdeen 5. Scholars are expected to hold a good honours degree in a related subject and have good written and spoken English. Scholars are expected to achieve a score of 6.5 or above in the IELTS language proficiency test, with no individual mark less than 6.5. Shortlisted applicants who have not taken the IELTS test in the past two years are required to sit the test. If you have recently taken this test, please enclose a copy of your test results with other requested supporting documents after submitting eChevening application. Holders of other English Language proficiency certificates, including TOEFL are not exempted.Award info
