Qualifying Details Arno Tali Foundation is a non-profit organisation. According to the statutes of the foundation their aim is to improve cultural and educational life in rural areas, to provide financial support to students and pupils from families in need, to initiate local projects for young people and aid country teachers. The principle aim of the fund is to support and defend the rights of talented country youth from needy and big families, offering those young people opportunities and means for development. Financial support is provided in the forms of Master's bursary or PhD studentships. The amount of this funding varies on the basis of public competition.
