Qualifying Details Channel Four usually awards two bursaries a year for students with particular knowledge and experience of the African Caribbean community and the Pakistani community in the UK to study on the TV Current Affairs Journalism MA/Diploma. These bursaries are advertised after the closing date for general applications - usually but not always at the end of March. Tuition fees and a maintenance grant are paid, and Channel Four usually offers six months’ paid work to each student at the end of the course.
