  • Students should be a graduate of an Israeli university, and have not previously been enrolled on a full degree programme at an institution outside of Israel. They must also be ordinarily resident in Israel. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit. In selecting the annual cohort of scholars, priority will be given to applicants in order to fulfil the aim of representing a range of subject areas. This scholarship is not open to applications from candidates who hold deferred offers to start in 2015-16. You should be applying to start a new, one-year, full-time master’s course at Oxford.
