  • Applicants must be living overseas and not nationals of China or the EU. They must apply for full-time study on any level of degree programme i.e. undergraduate or postgraduate taught (not research). They must have been made an offer to study at the University of Bradford and be in receipt of the £3,500 International Academic Excellence Scholarship (see above). They must also be paying their own fees. External students are not eligible – only those based in Bradford. If they hold a firm offer to study with us in September 2015 and have already been awarded a £3,500 academic related fee scholarship (shown on their offer letter) then this is the scholarship for They. If they hold a conditional offer from us and believe that they will obtain the equivalent of AAB in A Levels (for undergraduate study) or a first-class honours degree (for postgraduate study) then please apply for this scholarship. They must be able to prove their results by the end of August 2015. The scholarship is worth half of the tuition fees. If they are on a course lasting longer than one year then subsequent payments will depend on They getting an average of over 60%. Postgraduate Bursary
500 per year for 1 year (renewable) In each academic year you need to apply for your PG Bursary by 31 July. If you are on a research programme you can receive a maximum of 3 bursary payments. for 1 Years (renewable)
National Scholarship Programme
1500 £1,500 - tuition fee for year one. £1,000 towards first year accommodation in our student village(The Green) (if you are not living in The Green you will get further £1,000 in tuition fees). £500 towards University Services.
Academic Excellence Scholarships
1500 The scholarship is worth £1,500 and is given as a fee reduction. The award is valid for one year only.
Business Relationship Bursary
A Business relationship bursary of up to 35% on any company-sponsored or part-sponsored Master’s course is available for companies with whom the School has a relationship or demonstrated business engagement.
University of Bradford Global Development Scholarship
20000 Full tuition fees and accommodation in The Green will be covered plus £3,500 per annum living costs to be paid in three installments – October, January and April. Each scholarship is worth approximately £20,000.
Scholarships for China
Full fee scholarships is provided for 10 students and Half-fee scholarships is provided for 25 students.
Country Specific Scholarships
2000 All students from one of the World Bank countries will be entitled to get a £2,000 fee scholarship as a fee reduction for meeting or exceeding the entry criteria.
Social Work Bursaries
A limited and capped number of bursaries will be available for students on years two and three of the BA Social Work. (Bursaries are no longer available for year one of BA Social Work courses).
University of Bradford Undergraduate Bursary Scheme
500 University we will be offering a £500 cash bursary per year to all Home and EU undergraduate students whose family incomes are under £30,000 a year.
