Qualifying Details The scholarship was set up to provide assistance for the advanced training of promising musicians who are resident in Malta at the time of the application, to attend courses at the Ian Tomlin Academy of Music, Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland. The scholarship will be awarded for the duration of the scholarship holder’s course and will cover the full cost of course fees. In some circumstances additional support may also be provided, at the discretion of the Trustees, if funds are available.
