For 2015 we will be offering a means tested bursary to all students who have a household income of less than £25,000. This bursary will be for every year of your studies and you will be automatically assessed for this bursary. So if you come from a household with an income of less than £16,000 you could be eligible for £3,000 per year - so a total of £9,000 over the course of a three year programme. Support will be available to you in the form of a cash bursary. Eligibility to receive a Northumbria Bursary will be determined when you apply for one or more elements of the government's student finance package (Tuition Fee Loan, Maintenance Loan and Maintenance Grant) and will be means-tested annually.
If you have a UK first class honours degree you will receive a 10% tuition fee discount. If you have a UK degree awarded as a 2:1 you will receive a 5% tuition fee discount. Conditions apply. for 1 Academic year
