• The Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) offers scholarships for Thai Master’s and Doctoral programmes at UCL consisting of tuition fees, a living allowance and other benefits. UCL has an agreement with the Office of the Civil service Commission (OCSC) to provide fee awards equivalent to 10% of the overseas tuition fee for Thai students holding a Royal Thai Government Scholarship for Master’s or MPhil/PhD studies at UCL. The OCSC will provide the remainder of fees, a maintenance stipend and other benefits.
