• Candidates must: be nationals of one of the Santander network countries listed above AND; be studying at, or a graduate of, a university included on the relevant country list of eligible institutions (see Santander Universities) AND; be expected to obtain, or already possess, a Bachelors' degree awarded at a level equivalent to first-class Honours in a UK Bachelors degree AND; hold an offer of admission to a one-year, full-time UCL Master's programme, starting in the following academic year (please see an IMPORTANT NOTE below).

• Before completing the application form, please read the Master's Application Form Guidance Notes. Eligible candidates must complete the UCL Master's Scholarship Application Form, and submit it – along with supporting documents specified in the form – to the UCL Student Funding Office by 23 March 2012. The reference form is apart of the application form but is available to download separately here if required. IMPORTANT NOTE: Potential candidates must ensure that they submit a full scholarship application by the deadline irrespective of whether an offer of admission has reached them or not. At/after deadline the UCL Student Funding Office will check UCL systems to confirm whether the scholarship applicant holds an offer of admissions to one of the eligible UCL programmes and on what date that offer was made. Scholarships applicants without an admissions offer at the time of the scholarship deadline and for an eligible programme will be excluded from the competition at this point. It is for this reason that we recommend you apply for admission as early as possible, and submit your scholarship application by the deadline. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
