  • This is applicable to 2nd year students from the MEng/BEng (Hons) or BSc (Hons) Agricultural Engineering or BSc (Hons) Agricultural Engineering Marketing and Management courses at Harper Adams University. A condition of the scholarship is that the successful scholar must undertake their work placement with CLAAS UK. This will be 12 months in total, to be part in Germany/Continent. Consequently the ability to have a basic understanding of conversational German is advantageous. There will also be opportunities for the scholar to be employed during the long vacation periods. The scholarship will be reviewed at the end of the placement period. Continued scholarship funding for the final academic year will be subject to the outcome of this review. This is a competitive award and will be evaluated on the merit of the applicant and his/her application and interview.
