  • Applicants should: Be a national of, or be permanently domiciled in, a developing commonwealth country; Not currently be living or studying in a developed country; Not be employed by a government or state-funded organization; Intend to return to your home country as soon as the award ends; Hold a first or upper second class degree; Be in receipt of, and have accepted, an offer of a place to study on one of the following full time postgraduate taught Masters degree programmes: MSc Advanced Process Engineering, MSc Construction Project Management, MSc Design and Innovation for Sustainability, MSc Environmental Monitoring for Management, MSc Environmental Studies, MSc Internet Computing and Network Security, MSc Low Carbon Building Design and Modelling and MSc Renewable Energy Systems Technology, MSc Sustainable Engineering; Be unable to meet the tuition fees and related costs yourself or with family assistance.
  • Application details:
  • To apply for a Scholarship, you must follow the steps below: 1) Apply to the University for One of the full-time taught Masters degree programmes on the above list. 2) Receive an offer for the programme, and accept the offer, by returning your acceptance form. Once you have followed steps 1 and 2, you can then submit a separate application to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, using the Electronic Application System (EAS). Please ensure you complete the application for the Shared Scholarship Scheme and remember that you must also have applied for a Masters degree at Loughborough University and received an offer by this date, or your application for a Shared Scholarship will be disregarded.
