  • The Dean's International Scholarship is open to undergraduate and taught postgraduate international applicants. The Dean's International Scholarship is available to applicants in each of our 15 Academic Schools. Academic School will decide which of their applicants will receive the scholarship based on previous academic merit plus the supporting statement.

  • There are three deadlines for applying to the Dean’s International Scholarship: 15th May 2015 - for those applying early to start in September 2015 15th August 2015 - for those applying to start in September 2015 (including through Clearing) 15th November 2015 - for those applying to start in January 2016 (taught postgraduate only)

CEPMLP PhD Research Scholarship
The scholarships are available for three years (subject to performance) and will cover fees and provide a monthly stipend towards living expenses.
Saltire Scholarships

3000 The University will award a means-tested bursary of £1,000 or £3,000 for Rest of UK (RUK) fee status students entering the University for the first time in 2015 who have significant family financial need.
Academic Excellence Scholarship

Vice Principal's International Excellence Scholarship
This award offers tuition fee waiver. This fee waiver covers the full tuition costs for that academic year.
Carnegie-Caledonian PhD Scholarships
17050 A scholarship includes: (home/EU rate) tuition fees; stipend of £15,400 (tax free, adjusted each year); research costs of up to £400; student personal research expenses up to £625; a contribution to travel costs up to £625.
Discover Dundee (RUK) Scholarship
2000 Scholarship is a one-off award of £2,000; paid to undergraduate RUK students in their first year of entry to eligible programmes.
ESRC Studentship
This will be at the annually published ESRC rates and will include tuition fees at the Home/EU rate, plus an annual stipend for Home students only.
