Qualifying Details
The scholarships are available to students applying for the MA courses in Language Studies and Language Teaching, including the strands in Applied Linguistics and Teaching English. Two scholarships will be awarded each year. The scholarships are open to applicants who qualify to pay fees at the UK or EU rate. They cover the whole of the MA fee at the appropriate rate. The scholarships are competitive and will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence. Applicants must write a formal request to be considered for the scholarship, in no more than 400 words, making a case for receiving the award with reference to the criteria listed on the website (and any others which they feel are relevant).
