  • If your household income is less than £20,817 you may be eligible for a free bus pass. If your household income is between £20,818 and £25,521 you may only have to pay £140 towards your travel cost as we will pay the rest. If your household income is between £25,522 and £30,810 the most you’ll have to pay for your transport is £245. In addition, there are two other subsidies designed to help learners whose household income is more than the £30,810 limit. Firstly nobody living within a 10-mile radius will be expected to pay more than £250 per annum for their transport, regardless of income. Secondly, regardless of household income, no learner should have to pay more than £350 per annum in bus or train fares in order to travel to Reaseheath to study.
