  • To be eligible to apply you must be a current full-time student in your final year of an undergraduate course at UWE Bristol. You must be in receipt of a UWE Bursary in the 2016/17 academic year and start your full-time taught Masters course in 2017/18. Please note: the following courses are not part of the scheme - Nursing, Midwifery, MBA, PGCE, LPC, BPTS, Research Masters, PHDs
  • Application details:
  • To apply for the UWE Santander Postgraduate Scholarship you must: Respond to the email inviting you to apply with a 500-word response to the following question: “How will your proposed Masters study impact your future career?” Please include the following information in your application: 1. A compelling case that the bursary funding will make a real difference to your career 2. A clear demonstration of very specific knowledge of the career and how the course is an essential component 3. An outline of relevant/related experience gained to date. You are required to make an appointment with a careers adviser to discuss your motivation for pursuing further study and to discuss your application further. You will need to book an appointment in advance. Applicants who have not seen a careers adviser will not be shortlisted. A panel made up of the Head of Employability and Enterprise and the Head of Money Advice and Funds Service will make the final decision based on the statement you provide. The decision of the panel is final. Feedback will be given if requested, but there is no appeal process. We will contact prospective applicants in early March 2017.

3000 per year for 1 year only New students who meet the Care Leaver criteria for the UWE Bursary will receive £3,000 in the first year, paid in three instalments. In both your second and third years, you will receive £1,000. for 1 Academic year
UWE Alumni Scholarship
15% tuition fee discount on full-time and part-time taught postgraduate courses. for 1 Academic year
Indonesia-UK DIKTI Scholarship Programme
The programme will fund up to 750 academics to come and study in the UK over the next five years. for 1 Academic year
