  • Students must be a Fine Art student [BA(Hons) and MA Fine Art only] in their final year of study at Falmouth. The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students, on either the full-time or part-time routes. The award can only be used to fund an extracurricular, but subject-related, trip to Italy, to be taken within six months of the award being made.

Ferdynand Zweig Scholarship
1250 The total amount allocated in any one year will not normally exceed £5,000 and the maximum amount normally awarded to any one student is £1,250. As such, four-six awards are usually made each year.

It can be used towards the cost of single visit, extracurricular study trips within the UK.

Falmouth Discretionary Awards - Berlin Award
220 All students who qualify for support under the Residential Support Scheme receive a contribution of £220 towards the course trip to Berlin, which takes place at the end of the autumn term.
Falmouth Discretionary Awards - Commuter Award
It is available to all students travelling to the University by public transport from outside zone A (Falmouth/Penryn). It is worth 20% of the cost of the monthly or termly travel pass.
Falmouth Discretionary Awards - Materials Award
In the spring term you will be able to apply for help towards the cost of materials needed for your course.
